ELSA/Family Support

If you think your child is struggling with:

  • Loss and bereavement
  • Worries and Anxiety
  • Anger
  • Self Esteem
  • Empathy and Kindness towards others
  • School transitions
  • Friendships
  • Relaxation

Please discuss your initial concerns with either your child's class teacher or get in touch with the school office.

Our school's ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant), Mrs Allen can accommodate up to 6 children per block, which is usually around 6-8 weeks, there is often a waiting list. If your child is put on the ELSA waiting list you will be given an approximate time when the sessions may commence.

In some occasions your child's needs may be beyond what our ELSA can support with, in this instance we recommend getting in touch with your GP, you can also get some advice from the links below.
